This painting was painted at the Red Wing Plein Air Art Festival in Red Wing, Minnesota. This is a river city know for it's pottery and shoes. It was painted in the evening light next to the old train station/art gallery by the river. I just loved the red train car against the bright tall grain silo's. I had great fun with the perspective of the piece!
